Price Survey: Oregon Mortuaries and Funeral Homes: July 2011

In the fall of 2010 FCEF initiated a project to publish the prices Oregon Mortuaries charge for basic services. Preliminary results are now available. We contacted the nearly 190 providers in the state to request their General Price Lists and made follow-up phone calls to those who did not respond. To date (July 2011) we have responses from 89.

We present the preliminary results by region:

Central and Eastern Oregon
Coast (North, Central, and South)
Portland Metro and Vicinity
Southern Oregon
Western Oregon

FCEF is affiliated with Funeral Consumers Alliance of Oregon, a non profit organization offering its members guaranteed prices at selected mortuaries. Visit the Funeral Consumers Alliance of Oregon web site for more information.
